Presentation on data protection in cloud computing at TILEC ClubMed event

A4Cloud was presented at TILEC ClubMed event on data protection issues in cloud computing, which was held on 25th September 2013, in Tilburg, The Netherlands. The TILEC ClubMed is a meeting where legal experts discuss with economists and lawyers on selected issues, and it is complemented with the ClubIo, where the presenter has an economic background. Data protection issues of cloud computing were presented, focusing mainly:
- on the difficulties in defining the applicable law,
- on the multitude of actors involved in cloud computing that tilt the traditional distinctions of data protection actors and
- on the international transfers of personal data.
